By and large correct. Reception good. Location good. They kept changing access to the hotel as they were restoring! Mail received was not delivered for 2 days until asked for, and it took over half an hour to locate! I am hesitant to recommend it for those looking for good service!

the renovations in this hotel caused us some distress as the noise levels were constant and started very early in the day on the plus side the staff were just lovely and friendly and made our break as enjoyable as they could in very difficult working conditions

We got it early and the room was not ready. The check in desk was very hard to find. The front desk told us they will call us as soon as our room will be ready. They never did. We then asked for our luggages to be stored but got a little worried since the "luggage room" was left unattended. We went to the concierge that was very helpful.

Highlights: Fabulous location at the boundary between Chinatown and Theatre district, 1 block from Boston Commons. Lowlights: Not such a big deal, but still: one out of two phones in my room did not work. Wired internet did not work, but wireless did (although was not mentioned at all in the room description on Orbitz). Overall - clean decent hotel, but as most hotels in central Boston - hugely overpriced, hence pretty low value-to-price ratio.

This hotel is located 2 blocks away from Boston Common and are within short walking distance to the T. It's easy to go anywhere. And the staff there are very nice ! I would still prefer staying here next time.
