The location remains great, staff is very polite, a little disappointed about the gym situation and the new design is a little me too

Right in the center close to Covent Garden. Everything within walking distance. Still very quiet.

Nice hotel, very central. Rooms average size for London, but have everything you need. The electronic minibar is a bit of a disappointment as you can't use the fridge for your own drinks should you wish to.
