The room is very small, and everything is very expensive. The location is very hard to find. Some of staff are not very nice.

Excellent location to walk to most theatres. Staff are very friendly and exceedingly helpful. The buffet breakfast is wonderful and the staff are very attentive. Would highly recomend this hotel, we stayed 8 nights and would definitely stay there again.

Although booked for a double room, this message was clearly not received as was the non-smoking request. Finally a non-smoking double room was found, small as often in London but with a bed also small so sleeping with two persons was a little challenging.
