Good hotel in general. Beautiful lobby. The room was a little bit small, especially the entrance. There were no separate shower stalls in the bathroom. Service is good and the stay was quite enjoyable.

A good clean hotel in very nice garden grounds in the west of Shanghai. A little out of the centre of things but a nice place to go back to in the evening and only 10 mins by taxi from major areas like Xintiandi. Good value. Service in coffee shop sometimes a bit slow.

Very helpful concierge, very nice breakfast, pretty park around the hotel. They just start to install new trails and have already finished a nice pavillon.

This was a superb hotel. Elegant decor, with efficient helpful staff, many of whom spoke English. Both business and family friendly (awesome pool, bowling alley, ping pong, child play room). The food is excellent in both preparation and presentation. Choose either the lounge on the 13th floor for a more intimate setting, or the main restaurant downstairs. I would heartily recommend this hotel to everyone.
