The room was extremely noisy and not well isolated for street noise, what could be expected from a 5 star hotel. Moreover in the night there was some partying going on until 04.00 am. I hardly had any sleep.

Our reservation included a request for non smoking room, room near the lift and room with larger bathroom due to my recent leg injury. I called the hotel a day before arrival and was told that such room has been blocked for me. On arrival we were given a smoking room 1 mile from the lift and regular size bathroom. We were told the hotel has no rooms with larger bathroom, and they never block rooms. Being fully booked we had no choice. After pleading with them they transferred us the following day to a room with larger bathroom non smoking near the lift. The hotel service was excellent, especially room service and bell boys, but why bother making a request if they ignore it anyway???
