This was a wrong booking due to the fact that your computer screen jumped to an old date, and I thus could not use the reservation at all. This is upsetting, because I could not change it. That is the first time I remember such a bad experience with Orbitz. I have been often at this hotel and thus my rating is from earlier visits. Dr. Hermann
