A bit expensive but a very good quality of service.

Price did not include breakfast which was pricey at ~€24/person with limited supply. Also the rooms were cleaned with "attitude", seemed to be a ration for bathroom items. Other than that, the hotel was typical of a Radisson.

We stayed at the Radisson recently in Biarritz for 9 nights. We had a very pleasant stay, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English (which didn't help us using our French!) There was only one critism, occasionally staff at breakfast would need to be reminded to follow up whatever they had promised to do, we can only presume it was because the hotel was packed and very busy. One other thing is that we were unable to use the main gym facilities when a class was in place, this meant you had to know when the classes were being held and this was a bit of a pain. We would stay there again, as we were made to feel welcome and were able to relax.

We were very pleased with our short stay. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the town center. We had a superb meal in the restaurant, really memorable.
