Good location and a fairly comfortable hotel, but not luxurious apart from the lobby. Breakfast facilities and food are above-average. Rooms ok. I was upgraded to a business room due after complaining when my room was not ready in time, but even this room was very average. Staff are friendly and geared towards solving issues, but there seem to be quite a few mess-ups with times, names etc -I had a breakfast-included rate, but was told I wasnt listed as such. Resolved when I showed my voucher.

We have stayed here previously and loved the location. The foyer, restaurant and bar area are stunning, the breakfast was good value with plenty to choose from, hot and cold selections. The room was one of the smaller ones on offer but still plenty of space. We would definately stay here again.

After reading the reviews on different websites, I was a bit apprehensive about the room size however, I was pleasantly surprised that the size of the room was more than adequate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but also more than adequate. The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
