Very ordinary room overlooking car park, strange intermittent hum from somewhere was annoying. They used to have a delightful Brasserie this has been closed except for special functions, they have opened the Oceania Restaurant which has the most peculiar seating squashy seats which seem to be at a strange height vis a vis the table are difficult to access if seated at table for 4 & the decor is a cross between a chinese restaurant & a sports pub as loud music was playing the evening we there + the room is littered with huge televisions tuned to a sports channel, ideal if you are a football fan. Not sure which market they are going for but think it is downmarket from previous years. The food (we had rib eye steaks which were so badly cooked we called the manager over) is now served on gimmicky small slates & the so called french fries are served in minature ice buckets. Our mostly consisted of bits of overcooked potato bits the sort you get at the bottom of a bag of frozen chips. This was very disappointing & therefore we shall not stay here again. The grand entrance belies the ordinariness.

A very convenient and comfortable hotel for people wanting to fly from Heathrow. The 4 pound shuttle bus took less than half an hour to reach terminal 4. The room, while not luxurious was very comfortable and the staff helpful.

The hotel hosts parties and weddings so it can get a little busy around the lobby, but that doesn't make it noisy outside of reception. The room was very chic modern looking, clean, nice and inviting after a long flight with another connection the next day. The Bijou Bistro Lounge Bar had a super chilled out vibe and nice drinks & food. Although the breakfast is too pricey (£17.95 at the time of writing), you can always grab something in Heathrow. A taxi from Terminal 3 was only £9. The "Hotel Hoppa" bus to terminal 5 was £4. Oh, and FREE WIFI throughout the hotel. Pretty much a miracle in Europe!

Stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable and clean room. Reception staff really helpful. Not too far from underground and airport. Will stay there again.
