Spent a night here with family during Paralympics. Superb location with great access, right across road from Warren St tube. Quiet and comfortable room.

This hotel is in an AMAZING location. You are literally a walking distance from almost everywhere. Smack centre of London. About 2 minutes walk to Oxford Circus and about 5 minutes to Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Soho, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. It is also conveniently located right beside the Warren St Tube Station so that you can get anywhere if you don't feel like walking or if you feel like seeing some areas that are a bit farther out. The only thing is that the hotel is situated near a hospital, so you can expect to hear ambulances and sirens throughout the night, but we thought it was worth staying in such a great spot! The lobby of the hotel is fantastic, the rooms are nice and clean but very small to North American Standards, but for Europe I think they were great. The only issue we found with this hotel was that the concierge was not helpful at all. They had no idea about anything in town and could not direct us/give us advice to get anywhere. Typically, you would expect more from a 4 star hotel. Over all we had a WONDERFUL experience and would definitely recommend staying at the Radisson Grafton on Tottenham Court Rd. for a lovely London experience!

Great location. Good value for central London. They need to clean their carpets throughout, though... fridge and safe in room an added bonus...

Excellent location. Room small but comfortable. Carpeting throughout building news to be cleaned. Again, excellent location. Fridge and safe in room an added bonus, plus 3 grocery stores within walking distance.

Located near tubestation Warren street. The breakfast was good. Missed some pleasant doormen in the lobby. Recommand this hotel to those who wants to stay in the city center

We were upgraded to a king size double at the rear of the hotel. Not a great view, but very quiet. Breakfast good, although quite busy. No complaints!

The small single room was very hot and the temperature control did not work. Neither could you open a window. Otherwise the hotel was adequate

First floor room at the front was fairly noisy due to traffic. Bar prices ridiculous. Good location with easy access from the tube.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grafton Hotel, the only negative point was the poor lighting within the Bathroom, which was noted by Mrs Blackburn. The room was a bit tight for space when the the sofa bed was in use, but otherwise we had a very good time and we shall stay there again in the future.

Well appointed, attentative staff, if the single rooms are a bit small that's par for the course in London. Would definitely return.
