The rooms were huge and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The lighting in the rooms was very dim. We could have used a few more lamps. The location, right on the pedestrian walkway, was excellent. We would return to this hotel!

A wonderful location for a hotel, right on the charming and car free shoppingstreet in center Salzburg. Private and exclusive atmosphere in a beautiful old house. Really a place to remember and to come back to.

The drinks availability in the bar wasn't great - they didn't have Vodka, or mixers like 7 Up or Sprite, which we found unusual. The restaurant was being renovated - which might have been the reason. Otherwise the hotel was full of character and interest; the staff were really good and the location was perfect.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location with relaxed and friendly staff and great atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend it.
