friendly and supporting my needs for my stay in BJ

The location is for business travellers attending a convention ideal. But for tourists it is far from city centre. get stuck in the traffic and the morning is gone. Not much shopping etc around except for Carrefour next door. The hotel itself is pretty nice. There was a hickup with our registration but the staff handled it really well after the first confusion. Very professional problem management.

It start with problem: they said that breakfast was not included, even if I show them my order by the web, they said No, after that had change room 3 times I get NON smoking room as I wanted. I had to be VERY angry and upset than I got free breakfast, so our start at this hotel was realy bad.

Needs refurbishment, overpriced, only cashes in on proximity to showground, service not outstanding, bar music (band) appalling.

The hotel rooms were very warm, 25deg C, and the room ''Air Conditioning'' had no effect on the temperature. We contacted reception and they said it was the same temperature throughout the hotel. It was far too hot for comfortable sleeping.
