A very nice hotel giving excellent service and value for money. Staff were very friendly. Foof was excellent. Good location for centre with the frequent and cheap tram service.

Unfortunatley this nice hotel on the edge of town is spoilt by the large number of coach parties that use it (mainly teanagers) who are very loud and the hotel are unable to control them. We stayed for 5 nights in total and the first three were great but the last two weekend nights were awful and the hotel did nothing to control the chaos. Breakfast is OK but nothing special. Easy to get to from the centre on the no 8 or 10 tram. I wouldn't stay here again but it was fairly good avlue for the money. Most of the staff speak good English

Hotel was fine. Staff not over-friendly but friendly enough. Breakfast basic but good. Note there is no hairdryer/coffee facilities in the room. Easy enough to get to on tram. We asked for non-smoking but got a smoking room but perhaps they would have moved us if we had asked. Got it for £25/night so can't complain at that!

Very clean with friendly staff. Facilities close down a little early for me at 10pm.
