Quest Taupo Guest Reviews
Recently booked 2 nights at Quest serviced apartments in Taupo and was bitterly disappointed. Instead of being placed in a serviced apartment we were sent to the Courtney Motel next door which was a 1970's style standard motel room. While the tarriff was "cheap" by Aust standards, we did not get what we booked OR what is shown on this website. BE VERY CAREFUL. Quest policy is that if a room has a microwave then it is a serviced apartment. That was their response to my email. On the other hand Quest serviced apartments in Napier were first class in every way and the staff excellent.

This place was excellent. I plan to return with my family for an extended stay. My sons voted this best accommodation in NZ.

Friendly staff, facilities were great as we were travelling the North Island and to have laundry in room was good to freshen up clothing and to cook something for ourselves instead of trying to find a meal out. Location was close but not too close to the centre of town.

We have stayed here before and once again we were pleased with our accomodation. The studio room we stayed in has been refurbished since our previous stay and has improved the facilities greatly. The kitchenette and bathroom have been updated very tastefully and make the amenities everything you could wish for in a studio room. The pub around the corner is also still excellent! We will be staying again.
