Very bad reception on the TV, could not get all the sky channels. Room was quite stuffy on arrival - no windows were open.

Will certainly go there again because of the close proximity to cbd and most activities in and around town

Nice friendly service but facilities very basic. Public spa was not very clean. Outdoor pool is not heated. Gym is very basic. Room was good & bed comfortable.

Nice place to stay. Great facilities. Only negative was the noise from the lift and the noise from the cleaners in the adjacant room wakeing us when we had a late checkout organised.

Only one of the spa pools working, leak in sink in bathroom which left quite a big puddle on bathroom floor, missing instructions on how to work the washing machine/dryer in room. Nice comfy bed and warm welcoming room.
