Great location.We booked for 2 nights ,sat and sun.Were told by receptionist when we asked for clean towels for sunday that our apart.would be serviced and clean towels given to us.This did not happen.The bad was hard and uncomfortable.WE have had better in 3 star hotels.Location perfect but slightly disdappointed considering your star rating

We just used it as a place to sleep and would stay again for that purpose. The pillows were very hard, we went and bought some so we could get some sleep.If we were going to spend some time in the apartment we would stay where there are chairs to sit in. It is a very compact apartment.

The Quest Palmerston North would be my first choice of stay if I went back to palmerston North. Only issue was there were not enough carparks available - but we managed. Ideal for families

Depite being in the city centre outside traffic noise is not a problem. The rooms are nicely furnished and are quite comfortable. Extra blankets for the single beds is needed though. Perhaps single electric blankets.

On arrival the reception was closed. Car park full so had to park on the street. Travelled with my elderly Mum and requested King bed be split into 2 singles but not done so hotel provided a rollaway instead. Really comfortable night stay. Will book again.
