Bathroom smelled of bleach which was unpleasant. Had everything I needed supplied so was impressed. Reception was not totally familiar with public transport so didn't give perfectly accurate information.

We were very pleased with the friendly and helpful hospitality which was given to us on our stay in Auckland.
