helpful friendly staff rooms very quiet would stay again

Used the hotel to achieve an early airport departure the next morning. Good comfortable room without being amazing. No food provided but several options nearby that can be visited or ordered in. Was offered an early morning wakeup call and arrangement for the airport shuttle without asking. Very happy with our choice and would certainly use the same hotel again in similar circumstances. Recommended.

Reception staff unhelpful when we requested a change from a double room to a twin.....Supervisor hung up on our call. A saving grace was that while the supervisor found it too hard, the housekeeping staff made the change without fuss and effortlessly and graciously. Thank you.

Quest Mascot Sydney was great. Very comfortable room. As a serviced apartment, the facilities and staff were v good. They had internet kiosk for those of us who travel without laptops. The room had a microwave, fridge, cook top, sink and a good size bathroom, bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Close to airport but despite this, a peaceful night stay. Definitely worth the extra dollars.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It was clean and modern. Having your own little kitchenette was fantastic. Being able to use the laundry free of charge was a welcome bonus. There is a variety of food places within walking distance. A great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport.
