Needing to rest after surgery we requested an early checkin and with that were offered a suite on a quiet floor and an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and officiant. Clean suite well appointed.

Was surprised at just how nice the Quest Cronulla was - lovely light decor in the rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff, great location - would highly recommend.

It can be noisy if you chose an apartment above the cronulla hotel if of an older generation and like the quite times.

The room was run down, ie holes in carpet and bathroom was dated. The pricing would indicate a far better standard for the room. Plus our room was almost on the street, the noise was terrible. Won''t be staying there again, very disappointing.
