I didnt have high expectations of these apartments as I have been let down in other locations so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to encounter "amazing" service, an extremely clean, modern and well laid out one bedroom apartment and most of all the handy location. The balcony overlooked the atrium (where the Tram picks up and drops off passengers) and despite other reviews I hardly heard the Trams coming and going. I will definitely stay here again...it is a little more expensive than staying in a studio room but it catered well for a small dinner party I had with 3 other friends and I like to have a lot more space. The kitchen was great and the in-room laundry facilities were very useful also. Overall a very good experience and this has restored my hope in the Quest serviced apartment chain :)

this was very convenient for the centre of town. The apartment was well equipped and ideal for relaxing for a few days in the middle of a long trip.

It is a very nice self contained appartment. I enjoy my stay as the location is very good. However, there is no porter to help me to carry the luggages to the appartment. They provided troly but the corridor for the trolly was very narrow. The reception and the appartment buildings are separately while the parking is at the end of the block. It is not recommended for travelers who have many luggages or for eldery as they may need to walk back and forward from the rececption, parking lot and appartment rooms.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Quest Apartment in Christchurch. We injoyed the location and felt safe at all times. My only negative issue is the car parking. We had to leave the car in street parking for two nights of our seven night stay which was an inconvenience. I would have liked to have been allocated a spot for my entire stay instead of "pot luck".

Walls are a little thin. Our next door neighbour had a very bad snoring problem that was so loud he actually kept us awake at night. Otherwise great place in a great location
