The hotel staff were extremely personable and provided outstanding customer service. The Queen Vic I close to downtown and provides everything you require for a stay in the capital city. The rooms are of good size and kept in immaculate condition by the house staff. My next excursion to Victoria, British Columbia will definitely involve a stay at the Queen Vic.

On a visit from Ireland I spent a few nights here an a short trip from Vancouver. I liked the hotel. Its location was perfect. Close to the Museum, Empress, and the waterfront. The staff were very helpful when I wished to change from a double to a suite. The little spa and pool I used every night were clean, tidy and just right to relax. The restaurant has a good menue but I eat out to savour as much of Victoria as I could. If every lucky enough to get back to Victoria I would have no hesitation in staying at the QV.
