Great place to stay I just did not like the $15.00 parking fee

I have been to the Queen Mary many times and enjoyed it. Unfortunately this last time was an unmitigated disaster. I have since written two emails and not gotten so much as a 'sorry'. I won't be giving another penny to anyone who cares this little about customer service. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful ship has fallen into the hands of people who couldn't care less about their guests.

Tours are a must while you're there. Tour staff is great. Check-in and hotel staff not so much.

Loved the Victorian motif and comfortable enough; but walls are thin and we may not have booked had we known the Halloween event would be going on. The noise from outside continued til midnight, even heard through closed portholes.
