Got a great value 1 bedroom unit good kitchen dining table sofa lounge full bath etc. Not a large unit but upsize if you want space. 2 teenage sons so excellent location near circular quay one or two streets back from George St/Circular Quay. Views from pool area brilliant. Have stayed in lots of Sydney city hotels but hard to beat this value for 3 guests on this website.

The serviced apartment charges higher considering the facility and years of the building . I stayed the two beds apartment with harbour views. Nothing was special there, common internal furniture, staff services is cold. also no smoking area apart from the roof. The building is quite old, not qualified for 5 star. Lobby is small, staff attitude is not helpful. Recommend downgrade.

After reading so many great reviews I must admit that I was disappointed somewhat. I was given a room on the 8th floor so no views except of the building next door really. Staff were OK. The concierge was very nice and attentive. Great location which is probably why most people stay anyway. Breakfast at $20 was fairly good albeit the usual cold bacon, congealed scrambled eggs....

With views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House through the full glass windows the room was amazing. The staff were walm and welcoming, amenities were excellent.... This is one of Sydney's Best Stays.. Highly recommended and will definately staying there when in Sydney again.
