Had very good experience, the only hiccup was with Wi-Fi as we were under the impression we could get FREE wi-fi from our room. Free Wi-Fi is only available in foyer so the advertising was a tad misleading. All other aspects good.

Excellent. Staff very pleasant, polite, and most helpful and well groomed also.Facilities very good and location perfect for us.

Overall very good, the only minor complainants, some staff may need retraining in Curtisness, lounge suite are tied and uncomfortable, no WiFi in the rooms this is a must these days for a 5 star Hotel, parking at $26 per night on a 1st come 1st parked leaves you no where to park if you come in late.
