This was the worst hotel weI have ever stayed in. We made reservations for 6 people which included the pull out couch. There were not pillows or blankets for the couch! We asked for additional pillows and blankets and were told there were not extra! Also, the toilet overflowed and the carpet was soaked due to a problem with the toilet...we told management and were given a few towels to clean it up...no maintenance to fix the problem or not even given another room. We were stuck in a room with a soaked carpet for 4 days! Every time we asked for something...the staff was very nasty and rude!!! Also, the WIFI does not work in this hotel and the TV's are so old they are fuzzy!!! Don't waste your $$$ :(

As a frequent traveler this hotel was perfectly fine. Nice big suite...hot, but mediocre breakfast...not too noisy...close to Universal...good rate. Here's the thing: you can tell this used to be a chain and when it was was probably very nice. But it looks to have been sold and it is starting to show its age. It doesn't appear the new owners take pride in quality (rips in carpet, drawer that didn't work, paint on curtains) but it still smelled fine, was comfortable and spacious with fridge and microwave. In a few years this place could be in trouble.
