"Had a spacious room with seaview. The seaview was great, but the noise from Promenade des Anglaise was so bad that we didn't use the balcony! The room was quite dirty. especially the floors, and the kitchen. The location is all right - ca. 35 min. walk to the old town. The price is a bit high - but ok. "

"Overall the Hotel was good. It provides you with all the basics to survive it was definitely clean. A sea view in this place is a must as anything less than a seaview reveals houses, roads, and train tracks. Staff were friendly and approachable. The hotel breakfast was not really worth it, its worthwhile going to some of the cafe which are local to the hotel, there is a local convenience store (Sparr) which is good for self catering. Distance to Nice, its about 1.25 miles to get to Nice City by car or Bus. Just follow the coast if you plan to walk. Train station is in city, good to go to Cannes or Monaco. Overall the experience was pleasant."

"Good location - however, is slightly too far out of the centre of Nice. That said, there are good bus links or the walk along the beach is worthwhile (except at 2am walking home from a bar)"

"A very good deal overall. Great location - across from a beach; paying more for the sea view was definitely worth it. A very helpful reception service. Lots of space (hard to find in Nice!). On the downside: the balcony was very dusty, and there was a problem with bathroom sink when we arrived. Would stay again though."
