We booked here for one night before our cruise. In addition to the staff and facilities the shuttle service is a major plus. A free ride to the free ferry to Cannel Street (a few steps from the Quarter) and a then pick up and return to the Inn. Thanks

We were pleasantly surprised considering the area. We certainly didn't expect a full breakfast meal! It was great. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take home the pillow (But I didn't!)

First of all its not CLARIONN INN, its Quality Inn minus the "quality." The 1st rm had rust every where, chipped paint, looked like someone took a knife to it, the tv was broken. They moved us to a different room. The tv was operational but this time the refigerator was broken...and disgusting. Overall the room was horrible and over priced. I will never stay here again.

This place is a dump. A motor style inn, worn out and run down. Elevators are dirty, poorly situated so you have to walk a long way or take the stairs if you're on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The rooms did not seem clean and smelled of smoke and feet. We arrived in NO a day earlier than expected so had to book something very last minute... this was the only affordable option (it was a home game weekend). Upsides: Free parking and the location wasn't terrible... 10 minutes into town. But please note it is across the bridge from NO. It's not in the Garden District as I was told when booking.
