It did its job in that the bed was clean and the room was decent for the most part. The shower left something to be desired as it the tub was old and grungy and it appeared that housekeeping had taken a slightly used shampoo bottle and put it back on the stand. But it took care of my needs for a place to sleep for a few hours and get a quick shower before leaving town. If that is all you need, then it works (like I needed) and saves money - otherwise I would look elsewhere.
