we only stayed one night but we had an awesome night. the room was clean and everything worked like it should. when we come visit my dad this will be our hotel from now on. i highly recommend this hotel.

the first room's heater did not work so we were immediately switched to another room. This room was clean and comfortable. Staff was on top of everything..

We went to visit St. Augustine for the 3rd time and we tried Quality Inn this time around. There is a short drive to the historic St. Augustine, but the hotel is within walking distance from the St. A. Outlets, looks pretty new and clean. The staff was nice and helfpul and the breakfast was a notch better than other places we stayed. I missed a fitness room, thus only 4 stars.

Two Nights Stay 1st night - Ice Machine broken w/no time for repair. 2nd night - Out all day touring "hot" St. Augustine. Came back and room was skipped for cleaning. No fresh towels or sheets.Tried to call front desk to complain - phone didn't work. Check out - Was told on previous night that I would get $10 credit for not having cleaned the room. Upon check out, was told they would have to mail me $10 check instead of taking it off my bill. When asked where they were going to mail it, they had the wrong address. I won't be back!
