Quality Inn Ontario Airport Guest Reviews
We will never stay in this hotel again. We chose this hotel just because we had a very nice experience in the same hotel chain but in Hermosa, California where we stayed for 3 days. But this one in Ontario Airport is not to be recommended. As we entered the room, it was filled with stinky smell from cigar and smoke, only to find out that we were given a smoking room as oppose to a non-smoking room we asked for, well good thing they moved us to another room as we cannot possibly stay in that smoke-filled smelly room. The old white lady who checked us out was very rude, her customer service was below any hotel standard.
