The room was right above the reception desk. The room was musty. We could hear the persons in the next room clearly. We would not book again.

The vending machine on the second level was out of order, as was the ice machine. The room was clean, however the window sills and on top of the hair dryer had quite a thick layer of dust. Otherwise room was clean and stay was enjoyable.

Quality Inn was an excellent hotel. Location was terrific, so close to all the major shopping locations. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating.

Location still average because I have to take taxi to Falls and to Amtrak station. Others are very good,clean ......

Nice hotel and good price. Need a Car but thats a cheaper options as there are so many parking avialable on Rainbow blvd for whole day. This hotel is better than other hotels near to falls area as they are not maintained properly. ( Keep your passport with you as you may slip onto Rainbow bridge and there is no U trun on the bridge and you will cross the US border)
