Great place if you have pets or need internet connectivity. Room was clean, but we got one without a fridge or microwave. There are train tracks behind the hotel so if you like to retire early and you are a light sleeper you may want to request a room in the front of the hotel.

Facility is typical for a Comfort Inn and fairly close to the old town area, but the room was not maintained well. There was black mold all over the grout in the shower, the room smelled musty, the bathroom smelled like dried urine, there was mildew on the shower curtain, and the cleaning crew forgot to leave us any soap or shampoo. By far the worst of the 6 hotels our family stayed in on our Florida vacation.

As per past experience with Choice Hotels, You barely get what you pay for. It was the only one I found in this area that had 2 beds and a pull out sofa bed for which they supplied no linens. It was not worth the extra cost. However, all the better and reasonably priced hotels were in Jacksonville. To far.

the rooms were descent, management and customer service is terrible. as I was checking in the the manager brought to my attention "did you know you reserved a smoking room?", I said "no and I sure would prefer a non-smoking room, please". the manager replied "... well sorry but that is what you got."
