Excellent location on one of the most vibrant streets in Montreal. Small property that with with $20 parking in adjacent lot. Building needs requires some basic mantenance to make it a incredible value.

You cant ask for more in location wise, its half block away form st. Catherine st. what else do you need hahaha ........
