Front office very good. Room disgusting, dead cockroaches in toilet area- all soap dispensers empty- dirt all over bathroom floors never vacuumed- absolutely filthy carpets- lollies stuck on blankets. Never would I stay here again

Very obliging reception staff on arrival. Good quality meal in the dining room at a very reasonable price. Stayed a second time on return journey. Very satisified. Jim Morris NSW

Supposed to be a deluxe room valued at $170.00 per night.We paid $85.00 at 50% off. I beleive that was all it was worth, it was to small to be a deluxe room anyway.

The only disappointing aspect of the Quality Inn Rockhampton is that they no longer have their restaurant open on Saturday evenings. The other is that the facilities whilst clean need to be upgraded they are beginning to look old. The staff are excellent we have stayed on previous occasions at the Inn and have always been treated well by its staff. Our stays are always enjoyable and I would recommend the Inn to other travellers.

The room we were allocated was at the back of the property adjacent to a lane way which seemed to be a thoroughfare used by noisy people on their way home after a night out. Apart from that all was good and the staff very obliging.
