Poor. This hotel was rundown. Our room smelled of a dirty hair salon for some reason. Staff were not present at front desk during arrival and departure. Also surprised that there was not a free airport shuttle, though this may be a trait of Australia and not the hotel.

This hotel was adequate for a one night stay and an early morning airport departure. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The one staff member at reception I saw was not particularly welcoming or helpful with information, though, and the office was locked when I left the motel at 6.30am. Checking out involved dropping a key in a box. The hotel restaurant was closed on the weekend, so there wasn't much in the way of facilities outside the actual room.

Perfect location & distance to Airport. Very friendly check-in staff & very helpful with information. Room as very comfortable & quiet. Highly recommended.
