This Hotel was advertised as 4 star when actually its only a 3 star. My expectation was higher than achieved hence the innevitable disappointment.

I was very worried after reading some very poor reviews but was pleasantly surprised! The staff were very helpful for a start. Yes, the hotel is in need of a revamp and the spa bath didn't work but the room was clean and comfy. The only major issue was that the bedroom doors slam (loudly) and when you are opposite a load of teenagers that are in & out of their rooms like yoyos till 3am you don't get a lot of sleep!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel and I realise it is a busy hotel but I felt its decor was a bit tired and some of the upholsery was worn out.
