Quality Hotel St. Albans Guest Reviews
We were very pleased with this hotel - easy it was to find, easy parking, helpful staff. We intended using the swimming pool (one of our reasons for choosing the hotel) but didn't have time. Breakfast was excellent - one of the best we've had in a hotel.

A bit noisy and the room was small, but reasonable value

Whilst the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful when my daughter took ill, the room we were allocated was very small. There was barely room to walk between the end of the beds and the wall.

The staff were excellent! The location was awful. It is not near the city centre as it said on your site. We had to take a taxi and the cab driver on the way to the centre over charged us delibereately because he new we were new the area.
