Tired, dated but good staff

Fan in bathroom extremely noisy (bearings gone), cupboard door hanging on one hinge, tea making area power point did not work, at 12 midnight the alarm went off, beds were ok, all of the above should have been checked & fixed before hand. I was not happy

Excellent customer service in all areas of the Hotel. Pleasant co-operative staff. Comfortable, relaxing accomodation and surroundings.

The Hotel could do with a make over with new beds as they are shocking and very hard to have a good night sleep. Food is bad at the bistro, the only plus is the location.
