The location is great - a bus running through Marble Arch and to Victoria stops just outside the hotel door. The tube is 3 mins away and an overground is right next. The neighborhood has lots of pubs and stores, many of them quite cheap. The receptionists and the restaurant staff are very kind and helpful when meeded. However, that's all. The rooms are too small and windows could not be opened, the air is terrible inside. I would not recommend it as a 4 star hotel in London.

Hi I was a little disappointed when I arrived as I was lead to believe the hotel was closer to Stratford and the Olympic Park where I would be working for the following two weeks than it actually was but the staff on reception sorted a route for me and even though it took me around an hour and thirty minutes to get there and meant leaving at 3.30am in the morning to arrive in time the Hotel itself was absolutely fine and I would not hesitate to stay again if I was lucky enough to stay in London for a break as it was perfect for local transport

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. room was clean and tidy, staff were very helpfull, Bathroom light had came off the wall when we first arrived so went down and told reception, they said they would fix it but never got done, just a minor thing though. Would stay there again. Hotel is located in a nice quiet area with tube station 2 mins round the corner.
