Sadly the hotel was overrun with bus tour guests and was unable to cope with the numbers at beakfast time the tables were not cleared many items of food were unavailable and service poor plus complaint not acted upon by reception staff and no manager available to attend to issues

The hotel is not in the heart of Bergen.

Friendly desk and dining. Very good atmosphere. Rooms in some need of maintenance. Bad elevators.
