First class hotel with comfortable king sized bed, clean room and excellent staff. Well located in Lygon street, close to all the north Melbourne CBD attractions. Rooms were comfortable with air conditioning which worked well, unusual in renovated, older hotels. Well equiped room with flat screen TV, which could be moved to all angles of viewing. Bathroom was good with high pressure hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast had good variety and was served hot. In short one of the best hotels in Melbourne.

A very nice room, however overpriced for what it is. We got an apartment in the cbd for less than what we paid.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. We were made to feel welcome. The staff were well informed and courteous, nothing was to much. Great central location to lots around Central Melb during the day and loved the Italian Restaurants in Lygon Street just 2 minutes walk. Great experience. Will definitely go back there next stay. All staff were very nice to deal with, rooms were adequate size and i would not have a problem staying here again.
