The location of the hotel is good as it is near to the city center. Although the interior condition of the hotel is not as good as the external one, overall it's satisfying. Extra bed is slightly expensive as it costs RM 60 for a bed. Free shuttle bus is available to main attraction in KL.

The hotel was ok and the location was good. For what we paid, definitely value for money. Only regret is the cockroaches eveywhere in the room and the restaurant too. They need to seriously get some pest control services.

CHECK -IN BUT KEY CANNOT ACTIVATE. KEY ACTIVATED BUT ROOM NOT CLEAN. TV ON/OFF BUTTON DAMAGED. BATH HEATER NOT HOT. REQUEST FOR EXTRA TEA-BAG ONLY ONE TIME COMPLIMENTRY, RETURN BACK FROM SHOPPING KEY CANNOT ACTIVATE. WENT TO COUNTER NEED TO RE-ACTIVATE. ROACHES RUNNING AROUND.OMG!!!
