The hotel is fine, for the price it is very good. Accomodations in the room are large room, french decoration, the Hotel is well maintained, simple elegant decoration, and they offer free or if they are too full 5.00 euros fee for parking, and 10.00 euros for person to have breakfast. Location is half way between Nice and Monaco. People at front desk are very very friendly and able to speak fluent English.

Excellent experience had at a high standard well priced excellently located hotel. Parking is somewhat limited, other wise outstanding facilities.

Well above average for the price, and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.

Lovely big room and bathroom. Only drawback is outlook onto new sports centre. Otherwise very nice.

Nice and quiet hotel, near the beach, and a 10-15 minute walk to either restaurants and ports in Cape Ferrat, Villefranche or African plage. With train, only 10 minutes to either Nice or Monaco. Ordinary breakfast and little facilities except the pool. But a very clean hotel with a very friendly staff.
