Location

Had a great time at QT. Very professional staff, who allowed us to check in at 7.00am due to the extremely dangerous weather outside. Great location, walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Very handy taxi rank outside hotel, bus direct to theme park 50m away. Will absolutely stay here again.

We had a good time staying at this hotel however they somehow charged extra $110 without my knowledge. The fee should have been paid through the website hence the hotel should not have charged extra. When I was requested my credit card at the reception, I clarified with the receptionist that the fee has been paid through the website. I just do not understand why it has happened. Although we had a good time, now it became a bitter memory staying at this hotel. I was going to recommend this hotel but now I have to think about it...

good staffs/services, room is reasonable clean at the peak season while they are rush to prepare the room, just a 20 mins wait when we arrived due to the cleaning from last visitors.. overall is quite good, the bar Stingray is a good place for a chat with your friends. nice and friendly waitress..

What a trendy little hotel! We were offered refreshing lemonade on arrival, complimentary, before the porter took our bags to our very comfortable room with a beautiful view. The Christmas lights of surfers paradise were magic along with the lit up skyline of the surrounding twinkling buildings. A short walk to surfers paradise shops, excellent hotel dining and breakfast and stunning looking helpful staff guys and girls made this an enjoyable fun short stay.
