I booked this getaway as it was advertised as 5 star. When we arrived, the front desk clearly says 4 star. There was no actual room service. Just take-aways from local restaurants. The windows were dirty on the outside. The handle fell off the shower and the tapware and sinks were difficult to use. This was meant to be a very special treat but I was less than impressed.

Very modern style & huge space. So good for families get together. Views from our room so stunningly breathtaking.

Location and architecture are fantastic, quality of fitout really lets this hotel down. Rooms not cleaned properly, and impossible to have shower, as shower head could not be set.

When booking, ensure you know exactly what room you are getting. Go directly through the hotel to confirm this. The room we stayed in had some lovely acoustics with the plumbing. We had the joy of listening to water gushing down pipes all night which was just so lovely.
