Putxet Hostal Barcelona Guest Reviews
Basically you get what you pay for. It's a no frills hotel with basically a bed and shower. But it was clean and quiet, so that's a plus. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk to the closest underground and there are also bus stops nearby. It's about 15 mins to the city centre via the subway. Park Guell is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel, which is also a stop for the hop on / hop off bus. There are also some shops and cafe's closeby to grab a sandwich, but it's best to head out to city if you require variety regarding meals. I summary, it's really a low budget hotel which is ideal if you just plan in sleeping there and don't mind taking a 15 min subway trip to the city centre. If you are looking for luxury, then this hotel is not for you.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. A huge plus. This is hostal and the facilities were basic.
