there was no place to buy any alcohol 10 miles around we got key card that didn't worked out from the first time than a misspelled password for the Internet account the was minor issues. Generally the hotel is nice and well served. The TV channels were way better selected than in many other hotels. The rooms are big the price ... it seems low, but this balances well with the fact that one needs to drive 10-15 minutes to get into Cambridge

Disappointed the room had no facilities for making tea,or coffee. Though a minor issue, I think it would be useful, and wouldn't prove an expensive addition for the hotel.

A problem existed with the room lighting (which had failed) so a room change was necessary - foutunately, even though the hotel was full, a room was finally found - the desk clerk was very helpful in resolving the matter.
