Great location - convenient to trains, trams and shopping.

Fantastic location - ideal for shopping, cafes, etc, and very close to all forms of public transport. Rooms were old and dated (I think that the photos on the website must be of the newer, but less conveniently located, apartments on Punt Rd). Rooms were very clean, but quite tired with old bathrooms and kitchens. Not a "fancy" place but perfect if you just want a clean place to stay close to all the attractions of South Yarra.

Location great. Actual accomodation conditions not great. Very old, no noise insulation - extremely noisey guests asking each other to turn TV's down. Mouldy bathroom - not serviced in three day stay. No information folder in apartment outlining local services, attractions, emergency numbers or update on Melbourne's tourist attractions. Not very welcoming at all - very disapointed with accomodation

Light and spacious room in a handy location. Some stylish furnishings, a well equipped kitchen and free parking, too - overall, good value for money.
