first time in Melbourne and these arparments were a great choice. Easy 10 min or less to fed square/ flinders station. Great shopping in flinders lane although mostly boutique shop ok if you don't mind spending a bit of money. the free visitor shuttle stops right around the corner and so does the free tram. Modern room with all necessary amenities.

Airconditioner needs a big upgrade so does the sofa we had to use as a bed, bars feel like they are sticking into your back, wasn't what I was expecting, the 1 bedroom was a bit small for us, I would be interested in 2 bedroom next time as the beds are very comfortable,staff were great,location fantastic.Cinenas were straight across the road in the complex and cafes galore, had a few coffees at Coco Expresso just around the corner. I haven't seen any of the sites advertising 2 bedrooms as I would be interested for January next year! Would stay again!!

very close to everything i wanted eg tennis . very friendly helpful staff. Spa out of action was dissappointing.

We were very happy with our stay at Punt Hill Manhattan. Last year we stayed at Punt Hill Chinatown which was not as good and very noisy. The location was excellent - a 5 min stroll to Flinders Station. Good size apartment and friendly staff. Excellent kitchen with the basics that you need. Would recommend.

I did like my stay as all family members got to stay so close for the 4 days we stayed there. Some family members had much nicer appartments than I did as my rooms were very dark and not well lit at all. Also I was in a 2 bedroom app. and there was only one bathroom which was hard to share at times as we all left at the same time to go places. Did not like that there was no parking but had paid parking reasonably priced.
