Clean and very comfortable with great service. Located on busy road which leaves having the door open for air at night not an option. Have to rely of air conditioner.

Room could not be faulted, however, the hotel description was published as having Foxtel, which it didn't have - didn't even have HD TV which seemed a bit primitive.

Good to have nice quality apartments in the outer eastern suburbs - we regularly need to stay in the area on family/business trips. The lady in reception was very helpful and the apartment was very comfortable and quiet - we will certainly return to Punthill Knox.
